Il Fienile · Sasso Marconi, Emilia-Romagna
Il Fienile was rebuilt from the ground up, and these photographs are the months in between: the barn floor bare between its brick piers, the spiral stair standing in raw concrete before it had a rail, pipes and manifolds waiting in open walls, the frames of the big windows still without their glass.
Sky-Line · Via de' Bardi, Florence
Sky-Line took six months on site, from June to December 2024, and these are the photographs we took along the way: two flats taken back to their walls, the drawings and the samples, the workshops where the joinery and the metal were made, the library going up piece by piece, the marble and the onyx arriving.
