The barn kitchen

Oak cabinetry and dark marble under the arched window

The kitchen runs along the old stone wall, under the arched window: oak cabinetry made to measure, and a dark marble worktop carried up the wall behind the range. A brass bridge tap stands over the sink, and the sockets are set flush into the marble.

Behind the tall oak doors are a coffee niche, the larder and the refrigerator; the end of the island is shelved for cookbooks.
